Materials:

4 packages of dry yeast (4 tablespoons if you are using open yeast, 2 packages if you are using fresh yeast)

1 cup of warm water

Preparation:

We put 4 packets of yeast in a bowl.

Add 1 cup of warm water to the yeast.

We mix until our yeast dissolves, it should get a liquid consistency.

Application:

We wash our hair.

While our hair is slightly damp, we apply the yeast mixture to the roots of our hair by massaging with our hands.

Then we apply our yeast to all our hair.

It will be enough to wait 3 minutes. Do not wait any longer.

We rinse our hair.

You can apply it once a week.

After applying it for 2 weeks, you should apply it every 15 days.

If you have problems such as eczema or wounds on your scalp, do not apply this mask.
